3.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of toto8, and any of their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not permitted to hold or use a Player Account for real-money wagering purposes.
4.1 Single Account Rule. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on toto8. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different identity details — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide true, complete, and current information at registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. toto8 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
4.3 KYC Verification. toto8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawal processing requires satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Documents typically required include a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian IC or passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
4.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must notify toto8 immediately via the Live Chat support channel if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. toto8 recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available through the Account security settings panel.
4.5 Account Transfer. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights or entitlements associated with it to any third party.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be requested once KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. 5.4 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your toto8 Account are from legitimate sources and that you are the registered holder of the payment method used. toto8 applies anti-money-laundering controls at the account and transaction level as required under its licensing obligations.
5.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. toto8 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Account balances in accordance with the rate disclosed in the Account settings. Users will be notified before any fee is applied.
6.1 All promotions, bonuses, free bets, and other incentives offered by toto8 are subject to the specific terms published in the relevant promotion description. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are specified in each promotion's terms. Real-money deposited funds are never subject to wagering requirements.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. toto8 reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover bonus funds and associated winnings where toto8 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk hedging bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements rather than for genuine entertainment; or exploiting errors in bonus terms.
6.4 toto8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations incurred prior to the modification.

11.2 toto8's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 toto8 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11.4 Nothing in this clause limits toto8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12.1 toto8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to toto8's data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 toto8 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmission between your device and the Platform's servers. Personal data is stored on secured servers accessible only to authorised personnel.

14.2 Upon termination for User breach, toto8 may forfeit the entire Account balance including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds.
14.3 Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact toto8 Live Chat support. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of voluntary closure (net of any applicable bonus obligations) will be refunded to the User's verified payment method.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which toto8 holds its international online gaming licence.
15.2 In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact toto8 support in the first instance. toto8 aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.

15.4 Nothing in this clause affects a User's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
